What helps sensitive teeth? before i go to the dentist?
Go to the store and get a fluoride mouth rinse...generic is fine. Use it in the morning and then again each night at bedtime. If the sensitivity [you didn't say what kind!] continues then see a dentist as you may have problems that need to be corrected there.
Reply:dentist may not be able to do much to reduce the sensitivity except giving you few pain killers. If any Homeopathic store near- by then buy PLANTAGO --Q mother tincture[ extract from plantain plant] apply locally on the teeth with cotton . also Calc. Phos. 6X is good for permanent solution
Reply:is it really sensitive or could it be gum problem.

dont take something that is too hot or too cold get a anti bac mouth rinse like listerine or something and make sure you goes to a dentist.
Reply:A Fluoride mouthwash and a fluoride containing toothpaste.. Brush for 3 mins gently then after rinsing mouth with water .. Use the mouthwash and gargle for 1 min minimum .. then spit and dont eat or drink anythin for the next half and hour to hour ... Repeat this process after breakfast ... and at nite before going to bed ..
