How to whiten your teeth if you have sensitive teeth already?

I've always have slightly yellowish teeth since i can remember and i had tried colgate whitening toothpaste but maybe i'm sensitive to it or something because everytime i use it, it causes scratches in my gums and lips and extremely sensitive teeth. well, ignoring that i persisted in using the whitening toothpaste for a month and its still the same color. i'm afraid to use the whitening strips because of the side effects that it may cause and i heard bleaching is really bad too. so is there another method or some other brand of toothpaste that can be recommended? thanks

yellowish teeth can be due to wearing away of enamel, the dentin inside is yellow. The whitening paste will increase the sensitivity %26amp; cause non vital to your teeth later %26amp; it will get more darker %26amp; you will need to go in for a RCT %26amp; full crown. I will advise you to use regulat tooth paste.
